Co-diagnosis

At your first appointment, Dr. Winchell will spend unhurried time with you, examining your mouth and teeth, as well as talking to you about your wishes, needs, and concerns. Our patients appreciate how we spend time with them, getting to know them at a leisurely pace. It makes them feel pampered and special.
Bring with you examples of photos and we’ll have many here as well to guide our discussion of your dream smile. Sometimes, it’s even possible to preview an idea of what your new smile will look like in your own mouth.

Bridges

A bridge replaces missing teeth with artificial teeth, looks great and literally bridges the gap where one or more teeth may have been. A bridge fills the unsightly space left by missing teeth.

Crowns

Crowns are used when large fillings fail or would be too weak, when a tooth is cracked, or when making cosmetic improvements on teeth. They can blend beautifully so those looking at your smile will simply see a beautiful smile.

Dental Implants

Dental implants have become a choice treatment option for many patients who are missing one or more teeth. A dental implant is a replacement tooth "root". Dental implants may be a good option instead of a bridge. Talk with Dr. Winchell about the possibilities.

Panographic X-ray

With a panographic x-ray, we take a radiograph of your teeth extra-orally, so that we can see your maxilla, mandible, sinuses, and all of your teeth. These are state-of-the-art x-rays that are safe and extremely effective at identifying problem areas.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Do you like seeing those black fillings darkening your white teeth? Or maybe you thought those teeth were just naturally dark. Often teeth restored years ago with silver-mercury amalgam fillings look dark because of corrosion from leakage s lighter and you see a great smile and nothing else. If you want white teeth instead of black fillings the between the filling and the tooth.. When these old fillings are removed it’s likely the tooth will instantly look several shade allow you to laugh and smile with confidence.

Mercury-free Dentistry

In today’s concern for health and beauty many people desire to have a mercury-free smile. Those dark, unsightly "silver" amalgam fillings that create dark spots in your teeth contain mercury. You’ve probably heard a lot in the news about mercury concerns. Dr. Winchell chose to use 100% mercury-free (and beautiful) restorations twenty years ago when the controversy over mercury really began." These tooth-colored materials are bio-compatible and look and feel like natural teeth. If you value your health and good looks–want to smile with confidence again–call for an appointment with Dr. Winchell for mercury-free dentistry.

Air Abrasion
